Vice President of Asset Management Services
Dennis Dechow is Vice President of Asset Management services for Invesque, responsible for maintaining the highest possible valuation for each asset.
Mr. Dechow was previously Vice President of Construction and Asset Management for Mainstreet Property Group where he was responsible for managing their construction delivery and quality assurance processes across multiple geographical regions. Mr. Dechow's previous experience includes the management, development and construction of properties for a large international grocery chain as well as a national real estate development firm where he developed office, industrial and medical office buildings. He also worked in a real estate asset management role for a large financial services company.
Mr. Dechow is a graduate of Cornell University with a Bachelor’s Degree in applied economics and business management. He is actively involved in his church and community where he has served as a Sunday school teacher, a coach for multiple youth sports, and as a Committee Member for the Boy Scouts of America.
