(TSX:HLP.U) (the "Company") regretfully announces that Mr. Adlai Chester has advised the Company that he intends to resign as Chief Executive Officer of the Company for personal reasons.  Mr. Chester has indicated his willingness to remain with the Company in an advisory capacity.  The terms of his continued advisory role have yet to be agreed.
